Tell us the story
Who are the flowers for, and what is the moment? Share a photo, a favourite flower or a colour to avoid. A short note is plenty, and we will ask the right questions from there.
Two
Choose a palette
We send back two or three directions, often built from a painting, a fabric or a corner of a garden. You choose one, and we confirm the size, the vessel and a fixed price before anything is bought.
Three
We make it
We buy for your piece at the market that week, make it in the studio on the morning it is needed and deliver it with care notes. If something is not at its best that day, we tell you and suggest the closest beautiful swap.

Before you ask
Questions we hear most about custom flowers.
Can you match an exact colour?
Usually very closely. Send a photo or a fabric sample and we will tell you honestly which flowers can match it this season.
Do you use floral foam?
No. We arrange in water, in reusable vessels, with chicken wire or pin frogs. It is kinder to the planet and the flowers last longer.
Can I bring my own vase?
Of course. Drop it at the studio a few days before and we will design around its size and shape.
How far ahead should I book?
One week for most custom pieces, and longer for installations or anything that needs special ordering.
